Please clarify your question... Did you mean the best blog to read or the best blog software to use for your own blog? If it is the former, you're on your own; opinions differ. If it is the latter, you need to be a little more specific. Are you looking for a blogging service (such as Blogger, TypePad, or WordPress) or do you have your own site and want to install a blog on it? If it is the latter, what programming languages does your site support?
