Can i get rid off spyware??

Can i get rid off spyware??
i have been downloing sumthings...n i think i gots spyware and other viruses...if i find spyware n the viruses on my comp. will they be gone for ever???

Install an anti spyware and scan the PC. I can give a few links that offer free spyware removers...! . Ad-aware, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html

To erradicate viruses and spyware from your computer, you need to use a 3rd party program such as Norton, Adware, ZoneAlarm, McAfee.

Will they be gone forever? Yes, if you don't download them again from a P2P or web site.
