Ok, well i don't know if that's what u call it but, like say u have 10 and 2 and it's 10 cuz 10 times 1 is 10 and 5 times 2 is 10, that's what i mean. What is it of 10, 14, and 8? I already went up to 14 times 15!

one easy way to find the LCD or you may be finding the Lowest common multiple---same process ----is to factor the numbers to prime

10=5x2
14=7x2
8=2x2x2

See that 2 is in all of them, so only put it down once for each of them. Multiply all of the rest of the factors, plus the common 2

Lcm = 5x7x 2x2x2

You finish it off.

Least common denominator(LCD) is when you take two numbers from a fraction and find a number thats a low number. the LCD of 10, 14, and 8 is 280. if you check the math the answer has to be right.

it is least common multiple
10 = 2*5
14 = 2*7
8 = 2^3
so LCM(10,14,8) = 2^3 * 5 * 7 = 280

I think you are looking for the Greatest Common Factor. And for those numbers, the answer is...well darned if I know... maybe there isn't one...
