It all depends on the woman's body. Some women get pregnant very easily. I have a friend who is so fertile, she gets pregnant at a drop of a dime. I on the other hand, had a very difficult time getting pregnant. It took my husband and I four years! There really is no easy answer as to why; it just is!

depends on whether or not you'd like to be pregnant! when you are deliberately trying not to conceive, simple. when trying to conceive and it takes any length of time, it can get complicated~ very easily!
we have a child who is 6 and have been unable to conceive since then.

Getting pregnant= Simple
Being a parent= Complicated

depends on the how healthy the couples are and their ages.
ther are alot of factors that can make it hard or easy.

For my husband and I it was so easy. No work at all, just play. That worked for us all three times.

getting preg - easy enough
staying preg - that was another issue.
