Its a garbage bag wreath!
Need a wire clothes hanger, black or white garbage bags and ribbon to decorate.
Bend the clothes hanger so that it's a circle shape.
Cut long strips of plastic black or white (long enough so that when you tie it to the clothes hanger it ruffles out.
Keep tying the plastic around the clothes hanger till its nice and full. When you have tied all the plastic that will fill the hanger you can glue gun a nice big red ribbon on the top. Voila! now you have an instant weather proof wreath.
Hope you enjoy. It's time consuming but a good stress reliever.

Lots of easy things. Do you knit or crochet? The fun fir scarves are very easy and fast. Tip: Use large (Fat) needles.

It is fun to get a baking mit type pot holder (looks like a glove) and in a zip lock bag put all the ingredients for brownies or cookies and slide that inside of the baking mit with the recipe printed on a recipe card attached to the front. Another very simple inexpensive gift particularly good for a mom or dad or other family member, is to take a sheet of paper (I like colored, like light blue) cut it into three inch long strips by about 1/2 inch and on each one right something you like about that person. (30 will provide a thought a day for a month) Fold them in half and place in a smal glass bowl. Each day the person takes one out and reads the nice thought. My daughter did this for me and I loved it. Things she had on it were stuff like:

I like that your favorite color is yellow--bright like you. I love the way you do silly dances and sing silly songs. Thanks for being the best mom in the world. You are beautiful. Thanks for always driving me places. I love that you taught us how to go camping, it's so fun.

Just simple little things like that.

Photo albums are fun too if you have photos of the person.

I like getting a video, some microwave popcorn, a box of milk duds (or other candy) a couple of sodas and fix in a basket, wrap in celophane and tie with a bow for a "movie in!" which is appreciated for those on a tight budget.

Lot's of ideas online too!

Peace
