What exactly were the reindeer games that Rudolph was barred from?
Do you think that if Rudolph had complained to the Reindeer Union Rep that the song would have turned out differently?

Most of the reindeer games involved gambling and various degrees of illegal activity and having Rudolph's bright red beacon of a nose calling attention to when and where the games were being played would not have been appreciated.
Reindeer have no union. This is evident by the fact that they work on Christmas.

Probably Monopoly. I've heard that the games often involve gambling and a complete tournament. I don't think that the reindeer or the elves are unionized. Santa's North Pole IS considered by some to be a sweat shop.

Well, his father ended up complaining for him. Thats why he always got his little reindeer a** kicked all the time. The Union Rep didn't care that the others made fun of him because he was a whiny little pain in the a**.
