Club Penguin is a multi player online game. In the game you can play games and earn money. If you choose to become a member which cost 5 dollars a month, you can decorate your own igloo, buy cloth, and get pets called Puffles, which are all different color's. You can have or go to parties at peoples igloos. In the game the last feature is you can become a secret agent and do some quests.

Its about penguins that walk around in a world. Its kind of like Runescape. You play games talk with other penguins, adopt a pet, yadeyadeya...

You have to pay to upgrade too.
