Sure if you feel people should be punished for exercising their right to wear whatever they want, which you obviously do. Maybe we should slap you upside your head for being so stupid as to post something like this. Unfortunately we can't punish you for being stupid.

I am 55 years old and at this point in my life, I dress for comfort and could care less about making a fashion statement. I wear Crocs for my nursing job because they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They cushion the soles of my feet and I can work an entire day in them and still be able to do housework when I get home. I am on my feet many hours a day and started wearing them because my feet hurt so badly and swelled from the abuse. Crocs are not necessarily pretty or fashionable, but I will still wear them. And if you try to slap me up side the head, you'll be abusing a granny of 8.

LOL! Good for you, granny of 8! I'm a granny of 6! For many of us, fashion takes a back seat to comfort. And if your feet are comfortable, you generally feel more comfortable all over. Who cares what people wear on their feet! In the overall scheme of things in this life, it really makes very little difference.

I think the fashion world has progressed far enough that it can allow people to wear whatever the heck they want.

Fashion sense vs. comfort....who really cares?

None of you guys work in health care, right?? Those shoes are some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn to work. 12 hour nursing shifts kill your feet and those shoes are awesome!
