You might like to print these so that you can have access to them while you are in Safe Mode later.

Boot up in safe mode

Disable the Script Blocking In Norton Settings:
· Start Norton Antivirus.
· Click Options. If a menu appears when you click Options, then click Norton Antivirus. The Norton Antivirus Options dialog box appears.
· Click Script Blocking.
· Uncheck Enable Script Blocking (recommended).
· Click OK
You can reenable it afterwards when everything is clean again.

Have you tried downloading and running ad-aware? www.lavasoftusa.com you can downloan a free personal version. If that doesnt work you can try resetting your computer to a few days or months back to a clean version before the spyware installed itself. Remember though anything you added on the computer since the date you pick to reset your computer to will be lost.

If you are running windows: go to start, programs, accessories, system tools, then system restore.

Pick a date, it will reset your computer back to its opperating condition on the date you select. Again this will take off anything you put on the computer since the date you select. This usually helps my computer to clean off a lot of spyware.
