I think that these two are the best but I can't decide between the two - what do you think?

I know what you mean about the dark aeons - beepin' hard , we just avoid them!
I liked VII but I prefer the story line in the X and X2 set. I hate seeing good characters die. Thats why I like X2 because Tidus comes back.

FFX was my favorite, but I also enjoyed X-2. I loved how all the loose ends from X were tied together (and I am so glad Yuna and Tidus were reunited). I've heard lots of people complain about X-2, but I liked it. Yuna is my favorite FF character. Balthier from XII is my second fave!

Final Fantasy X is waaaay better! I didn't even bother finishing X2! X has a way better story line! The battling is less confusing! And it actually makes sense, and I've fallen in love with the characters on X! The main thing I love about X2 is Yuna's outfits, and that's about it!

Are you mad.Final Fantasy X2 is a nice little add on since the story in Final Fantasy X was so wonderful.But it wont keep you hooked to it for 60+ hours like Final Fantasy X does.FF X is the best game Ive ever played on PS2.

Without a doubt Final Fantasy X. Though I'll always have a soft spot for Final Fantasy VII on the PS1 - also some of the best music on a game.

Final Fantasy X is better
But the best FF of all time is XII (12) that just recently came out. It's awesome!

I prefer FFX as it has a great storyline and solid gameplay. I didn't like fact that FFX-2 was mission based and that you had to switch costumes all the time.

Final Fantasy X, it has more storyline, more videos, more battles and more unlockable things instead of FF X-2.

I have only played final fantasy x, its pretty good but i couldnt do anything against that Dark bahamut...hes a hard git,any ideas?

Final Fantasy X no question about it. :)
However if you played FFX you probably would want to play FFx-2.
