We've had several plumbers out here and there is no pipe leak, slab leak etc. Could this water be from them building the pool? What can I do to find out? Are the pool contractors responsible?

It's possible that the construction is causing excessive groundwater buildup as the site would tend to shed more water without the surface area that would have normally absorbed runoff.
If there has been no rain, it could be that they have ruptured a utility line. Contact the public utilities commission in your area to have them come check the situation. (the "call before you dig" people) Any plumbing company should be able to give you the number if you cannot find it.

It's highly unlikely that the pool construction is causing this unless they hit the water table and are pumping that water to just beside your house. Most contractors , given that situation , would be pumping it as far away from the pool as possible and to a catch basin preferably.
If the pool bottom is lower than your basement, start looking for other causes. Water will want to get in the pool before your house.

Sounds very bizzare, especially if no one can identify the cause or location of the leak. I would say at this point you would have a very difficult time getting any help or renumeration from the pool contractor with no direct evidence other then the occurance coinciding with the pool installation.

the cause could be the divertion of flow of water or concentration of pressure of water which has caused upsurge into ur portion for this you need to ask the neighbours to de congest the pressure of water by creating a vent in their part of area and then divert the same saftely or you will have to redo your flooring with waterproofing compounds both as integral procedure followed by impregnation so that the surface in your part will push the water table down and divert the water flow. if the water table is too high it is better to take advise from specialists.

I would call your insurance company and have their adjuster come out and check it out. They know all the details on who is responsible and how the problem can be resolved since, you did not inflict the problem.
