The dog Is a Pomeranian, a little yappy dog, they need lots of grooming, and hair care, so if ur not prepared for that, you're not prepared! lol and I am 100% sure about the breed.

If you want a small dog without the long hair, have a look at the Jack Russel terrier. They are lively and intelligent.
