I'm dating a man who likes me to do stuff to his butt. Very well dressed, handsame and successfull. I thought he was one of those new aged metro-sexual but now I just don't know.

Metro sexual: A straight man who takes care of his appearance. Could be considered in touch with his feminine side.
Bisexual: A guy who likes to have sex with both men & women.
Homosexual: A guy who likes to have sex with men only.
Many men enjoy the sensations that can be had from but-play...this does not make them gay or bi.

Metro-sexual is a man claiming to be straight but into the 'gay' things of grooming, looking good and designer goods
Bi-sexual is someone who has a romantic or aesthetic attraction to the opposite and same sex
Homosexual is a person who is romantically or aesthetically attracted to the same sex
In all honesty there can be a fine line to be drawn between these definitions. It kind of reminds me of Venn diagrams from school where some parts intersect, but others remain distinct and separate. In a way that is where your answer lies - sexuality is a deeply personal thing that only the individual can truly define and sometimes society's terminology can be restricting and, in some cases, destructive. The short of it all is you need to settle for the kind of relationship that you want, as does your boyfriend. Whether that means staying together or breaking up you both need ot be honest with each, if for no other reason than your own future sanity. Good luck, but whatever you do don't try and restrict things to a convenient description and listen to what he says, much as you might want to get your point across!

you are a man, he's a man, and you're dating him. That certainly sounds homosexual.
Metro-sexual can be gay or straight, though the term is usually only reserved for straight men. In either case, their love interest is clearly in themselves rather than others and their appearance is what matters most. Bi-sexual I'm sure you know and if he also dates women or is attracted to women he is one, otherwise it's option C

Just because he enjoys that, doesn't mean he's gay. A fair amount of straight men actually enjoy that... but prefer to not say anything, for obvious reasons.
If he's into other guys, then you can begin questioning his sexuality.
