Is there a specific number of women required on a job before they are required to provide an outhouse just for women?

There is a specific formula for the number of facilities you have available for workers on a job site.

Individual lavatories do not need to be gender specific, group lavatories do need to be gender specific.

I have attached the link to OSHA's Construction standard for Sanitation. The section on lavatories begins at 29 CFR 1926.51(c).

The General Industry sections provides a formula for seperate Men's and Woman's facilities, with more Women's facilities then Men's, but the Construction Standard makes no gender seperation. I could not find any Letters of Interpretation addressing separate Men's and Women's facilities on job sites.

as far as i know, there aren't any requirements for that, the'res not even any requirements on how many bathrooms are available for public places, except that in certain areas, there needs to be access to one, like restaurants are requred to have one for their customers, but..... and for workers, there just has to be one provided, it doesnt matter if it's unisex or not. .... sorry....
