I have an interview to work with handicapped individuals that live on their own. Any ideas on what types of questions I will be asked - besides why I want this position, safety questions, etc.

I worked for the Indiana School Transportation for Handicapped
You may be asked
What would you do the situation if they started fighting/ arguing?
How would you approach them?
What would you do or say if you were called foul names?
How will you speak to the individuals if they are upset about anything?
You also may need to take a course on walking with them if they are able to walk pretty much on their own.
You will need to know how to push them in their wheel chairs
You will be asked why do you want this position and they will most defiantly want you to like the handicapped people because
you care about them.
Not because you need a job
You have to be understanding with the Handicapped and keep cool at all times.
