stop using the so called medicine you buy at cvs or drugs given to you by doctors.

I tried using BP and neutrogena and salicitc acid and noone of it helped, it helped for a few days and then made it even worse.

I stopped using all drugs and commerical products for about 3 weeks and started putting all-natural west african shea butter at night and during the day, my acne has never been better.

you can get the shea butter on ebay if you want some. dont go searching for it at CVS because it has other products in it.

The shea butter helps moisturize the skin and lets it repair itself.

also eat more veggies and fruits with your meals, and start drinking more water. stop drinking coffee and eating junkfood and sweet food.

I hope you can do this, and you will see the results. You're welcome.

I would use what you are currently using, but use the Neutrogena Rapid Clear acne lotion afterwards. It really works!! And it has salycilic acid in it so it works with your hydrogen peroxide to fight against the acne. Plus the lotion lasts for a long time too.

lifestyle change: apply hot compresses to pustules and cysts, to get facials and never pick or squeeze your pimples. Avoid washing your face too much this may get your pimples irritated. Wash only once ot twice a day with a mild cleansing bar or a liquid. This will keep the skin clean and minimize sensitivity and irritaton.

I used to have problems with acne and proactive did not help. The best product I can recommend is clear.now

You can't get it in stores but you can order it from this website:

www.jewel.mychoices.biz

(just use the search field at the bottom right of the screen)

There are many cheap and effective home remedies for acne. Tomato slices, turmeric, papaya juices and home made face packs will treat existing pimples and prevent further problems. More remedies at http://www.wellnesstalk.org/acne.html

they may be unsightly. but if you have more pimples when you are younger when u are older u get less wrinkles (well that's what my science teacher says!!)
but just wash your face twice a day and try to avoid using oily moisturizes
also putting tooth paste of other things smiler on them over night helps dry them out!! (well it works for me hehe)
