A Histogram is a bar graph that shows frequency
Scale size depends on what you are refering to. If you are refering to the histogram, your scale size would be the parameters that you have your graph set at (on x and y axis, the intervals you have set).
For metric conversions, always remember:
King Henry Died Monday Drinking Chocolate Milk
Kilo Hecto Deco Meter Deci Centi Milli
.001 .01 .1 1 10 100 1000
There is one zero for each place you go, METER is the "zero"
So: 25 meters = 2500 centimeters

A histogram is a specialized graph or plot used in statistics. In its most common form, the independent variable is plotted along the horizontal axis, and the dependent variable (usually a percentage) is plotted along the vertical axis. The independent variable can attain only a finite number of discrete values (for example, five) rather than a continuous range of values. The dependent variable can span a continuous range.

An important property of a map is the scale. It can be indicated by a scale bar and/or a ratio 1:n. This enables the map user to measure a distance on the map and determine the distance on the ground. These days maps are usually produced under the metric system which makes it easy to perform this task. Maps are usually produced at standard scale factors of (say) 1:10,000 or 1:50,000 or 1:100,000 and all you need to do is take a measurement on the map (in mm) and multiply that figure by the scale factor to determine the distance on the ground.

- A histogram is the graphical version of a table which shows what proportion of cases fall into each of several or many specified categories.

- Scale size is the size of the model representation or copy of an object that is larger or smaller than the actual size of the object being represented.

- 25 m = 25 x 100 = 2500 cm

a histogram is a bar graph of a frequency distribution in which the widths of the bars are proportional to the classes into which the variable has been divided and the heights of the bars are proportional to the class frequencies
