ok well wrap her a wholesale sized box of condoms and on the top in bold writing write HAPPY SEX S*UT - that 1s 4 if u hate her

or

go to the local doctor and steal all the panflets on sex, pregnancy, stds ect.... and and buy a box of condoms and other stuff.write a speech and start it off directly ' saw u having sex and it waz disturbing' and sit her down and hand her all the things and give her a 2 hr lecture on it. it will prob embarass her and she might never do it again. or she will take the condoms and have'almost safe sex' - this is 4 the sis that cares

or

u could simply ignore it- 4 the shy 1 or not caring sis

or

u could tell mama- a slightly caring sis that doesnt want into a huge conflict

or

next time u see her having it scream OH SO NOW UR WORKIN THE CORNERS!!!!- this 1 is funny

or

tell a trusted adult- BORING

or

spread a true rumor round school- evil girl

Tell your parents!!!!

This is obviously upsetting you or you would not be in here asking our opinions.

At 13 you and your sister do not have the ability to make good decisions about sex.... which is why its illegal. Its also why you need to tell your parents immediately! They will be able to handle the situation much better than you are doing and being able to talk to someone will help both you AND your sister deal with this.

i don't think you should go straight to your parents little sisters need to trust there big sis with important issues but don't just ignore it. sit down with her and have an adult conversation something along the lines of i know you are sexually active i don't think it is a good idea at your age but i wont tell mum or dad as long as you get on birth control use condoms and are not sleeping with anyone else apart from your b/f. if she becomes hostile and refuses to talk to you about it or won't see a doctor for birth control pills then you will have to tell your parents but if she is being sensible your mum and dad will know for them selves soon enough they can pick up on this stuff. make sure she knows all about the risks of unprotected sex not just pregnancy all the diseases you can catch need to be talked about too. good luck

you said the boy was in your grade but you didnt mention what grade that was...im hoping it was not a high school boy
this is a tough one, part of me thinks you should confront her and make sure she is being careful (using condoms etc) but the other part of me thinks you should tell your parents, she may need to be put on the pill and this is much easier done with parental help (paying for it etc)
obviously from your reaction you know this is a serious issue and you already voiced that you think you should tell someone...trust your gut if you think you need to get your parents involved please so do. of course she is going to get pissed at you but really in the end you are trying to protect her and she will just have to get over it

First talk to her about it. Find out how long this has been going on and suggest to her that she needs to get on a birth control. If your family isnt that close then go straight to your parents and they'll handle it how they want. Your sister may be mad for a bit but its better that way than her trying to raise a child and ruin her future. Its called tough love. Sorry you had to see that by the way, I couldn't imagine seeing my sister having sex. EWW

As she is only 13 and underage to have sex first port of call is to tell your parents. Not saying anything would be worse because if your sister has periods then she may well get herself pregnant. It would be best to clear the air. If your sister gets angry at you then so be it far worse could happen to your sister if she is not using protection.

OMG! I am a twin to (I'm 12)If I caught my sister doing that I would TELL! Your parents need to talk to her. It would be best for her to stop, but if she won't she needs birth control and she needs to use condoms! Talk to her about it privately, see what she says. But do not let her talk you out of telling your parents!

i think that you should tell because i caught my sister having sex several times and i never told but she ended up pregnant at 17 and she was having sex all over the place so you need to tell cause she might start wildin' out.

Your parents.

If she were say 15 or 16, it would be different. She is not old enough to be having sex by ANYONE's standards. Don't offer to help, don't tease, don't say a word to her.

Tell your parents immediately. And also tell them who the boy was so they can inform HIS parents as well.

Go. Now.

I once caught my 11-year old sister having sex. Confront her about it, but don't tell any adults.
