I have them and they're pretty good. I guess overall a 7. Their coverage is certainly better than T-Mobile, a bit better than Sprint, but not quite as good as Verizon. Their customer service is generally fast, friendly and helpful. Their phones are cool and work good. Rollover is the best! It's great to be able to NOT lose your unused minutes month to month! GSM technology is the best and works worldwide. I think you made a good choice!

It depends where you live. I have Cingular now for 2 years here in southern california, Orange County area. It has been horrible. 80 to 90 percent of my calls have been dropped when I am on the phone with someone. I called 911 for emergency and it took 10 minutes before I got through. I got a message please try your call again due to busy network. Then their customer care haven't been very helpful and there are always surprising fees with my bill and I have to question about the charges. I would recommend going with another service provider.

I would rate them with a -10. I had a cheap crappy phone with them. When I wanted to upgrade my phone to someting better, Cingular wanted to cut my 1050 minutes down to 450 for the same price. The guy tried to make it sound like a deal. Then when I switched phone companies, I was billed for the last 2 months for a cheap, crappy phone I was no longer using. I was no longer in a contract. They fed me some horse manure about the freaking billing cycle. Beware of Cingular! They are money hungry. I was glad to shake their dust from my heels.

that's certainly relies upon on who you calling. no remember if that's a non-cingular style then that's 10 cent a minute. no remember if that's a cingular style, then they're going to deduct $a million in line with day and that's limitless minute.

Check out Consumer Reports and JD Power - both organizations rate companies as their job.

Neither was too fond of Cingular.

an honest 4.

My calls always fell, i have no idea why their motto was "raising the bar" cus my phone stood right against that. (FYI i live in NYC), and while i was with them all of my phones had some technical difficulties. I was paying too much too. Thank God now I'm now with T Mobile and I'm very pleased.
