Why does Earth have Oxygen and planets such as Jupiter or Mars do not?? We all came form star material, so why do we have different elements in our atmospheres? Any help please? Thanks!!

Oxygen is normally created by organisms.

The Earth was like Jupiter and Mars as far as oxygen content is concerned. Its only because of trees and plants that CO2 is converted into Oxygen. If you populated Mars with a culture of plant life, you may well see the oxygen content rise.

Life was never created on Mars, hence, no need to create the biosphere to produce oxygen. water or other essentials of life.
