do japanese like black people and would they accept us in their country?

i really need to know the right answer cause i saw a japanese show making fun of us i'm part japanese and plan on moving to japan please tell me

Americans make fun of black people too, but we still live here. There are some black people living in Japan, but they're few and far between. I suggest visiting (just visiting) first and doing some observational and internal research before actually moving in there. I think black people are such a minority there, it might be hard to find out just by searching the web how they are treated there.

The Japanese do not like foreigners in their country, whether you're black, white, or asian! They have traditionally been an exclusive society, and preferred visitors in the form of tourists but not residents. However, they aren't racist. They are just very isolated, and the show you saw reflects the kind of stereotype brought about by a unique cultural ignorance. They don't see a lot of blacks, and their humor is based only on what they DO see. It's like when people make fun of aliens and draw them as little green men. We've never seen an alien, so we can only go by stereotypes. But it's not the same as the US's racism, which is based on seeing AND hating black people.

It's just a tiny tiny minute minority behind that show and I'm sure you believe as much as I do that there probably would of been some complaints.

Don't worry about it. Japanese are great people and I'm sure they just have a type of sense of humour that you or most people have never come across before.

They are more likely to make you welcome. You'll be surprised!

i hear china tends to be racist so is russia i dont know, but alot of other counties just dont like americans period even in some of the countries in africa dont like african-americans i cant blame them in some ways we are the richest group of blacks in the world and we are selfish we cant even help africa all we care about is the latest trends but not all of us are like that if europe was in the situation like most of africa is they would help in a minute!!!! we have power we just dont use it in the right way!!!

wow the thing is aprt from usa and britain most cpuntries including europe dont accept blacks and coloureds. u will have it rough. very few of them are not ignorant but majority are.
