There was this movie that I watched as a kid at a sleepover at a friends house. It is a comedy about the LA police department. Some of the jokes included are "Look, it's a full moon out" (as they drive by a guy sticking his bare *** out of the window. Also, an asian guy who was raped, with his voice dubbed over by a girl.HELP, I NEED TO KNOW WHAT THE TITLE OF THIS MOVIE IS.

Night Patrol. It also starred The Unknown Comic (The guy from the Gong Show that wore a paper bag on his head).... the raped Asian was Pat Moriata (Mr. Myagi). I love the scene when they were in the Lesbian bar and he says "This place is really hardcore. Even the pool table has no balls." and the butch shoots her pool stick and we hear it break but there are no balls on the table.
