Yes, it is possible pre-ejaculate can get a woman pregnant. A male can release pre-ejaculate multiple times throughout a sexual/intimate encounter without knowing.

pre-ejaculate does contain live healthy sperm that can and often does get women pregnant. the time at which it comes out of the penis differs with each man

I got pregnant twice by my husband with pre-ejaculate (He had a testosterone problem and couldn't finish) so it is a pretty high chance.

yes it can get you pregnant. In fact it has a higher concentrate of sperm. I researched this on the internet as my husband...always "pulled out" and I got pregnant.

it has tons and thousands of sperm. and blood. and urine....it can get women pregnant. Sperm is sperm is sperm. They all wiggle there way until the end wether it be death by us or they find an egg.
