Yes and no. Yes when I must be somewhere on official business, meaning I can't get there looking like I have been to a wet t-shirt contest.
No any other day, that is because I am either not going out of my house (like now) or because I am splashing around under the rain and using an umbrella might attract thunder.

Nope...I like the rain and my hand usually goes numb from holding the umbrella...bad circulation.

I don't. I love the rain. The only thing I don't like about rainy day is the smell of my wet Schnautzer - he sticks when wet.

No, I don't because I don't like carrying it. So, instead I just use my jacket or someone else's to cover up from the rain.
