Donate is the proper term, too bad everyone will not donate something that can be of such importance. Medical students do need cadavers, but more importantly, the fraction of patients that receive organ transplants that actually need them is so low. There are simply not enough organs for these procedures, so everyone, please be an organ donor, there is really no reason not to be. It can save somebody's life, it really can.

I think the word is "donate", not "sell." You could sell body parts on the black market while you're still alive, voluntarily, or if you get caught in some back alley in Singapore, involuntarily.
