I should do to relax , I am all stressed out over my final and need an idea

Go out, walk, take a book with you (a novel), read only half page, have some coffee, look at the trees, release your mind, open your eyes, look at the buildings, do some things you are not used to do, and that you take for granted always. And then be back to your place and think that your final is just a small part of your whole life and everything that surrounds you, and that you will do great in that small yet important thing: your final.

Ha ha i have finals to this whole week.
it's a bummer.
Try and take a warm bubbly bath while reading a book..just relax.

Grab some friends and go and have lunch somewhere.

It always helped me when I was feeling down. A good laugh is what you need.

well Pauly. just calm down and if i was there i would help you out. your a cutie. lol. but try going for a nice walk or going to the gym. That helps me i get on that treadmill and run my worries away. good luck.
