thats nothing i knew a bloke who use to go around on lock up in the office block where i worked and collect the pubes off the ladies toilet seats........now that is really scarey

no idea, but if you want him to stop, pick your prettiest pair of undies and dose them liberally with cayenne pepper - if it can house train dogs, maybe it would work with his mentality.
