Hi! I also have fair skin and blue eyes. The colors that will make your blue eyes stand out are browns & coppers/oranges. Also try purples, gray, cranberry shades, and pinks. Hope this helps!

some lightly applyed Bronzing powder, some cover up stick if you need it, light pink blush, light brown eye shadow, brown mascara, brown eyeliner on the top of your eyes to make the lashes look thicker and a thin line in the rim of your eyes (remember earth tones such as brown bring out the blue in your eyes) then out line your lips and put some lip gloss on. that will look really nice

natural coloers and warm earth tones, no reds or pinks or blues they off set eyes. smoke grey is a nice color for eyse

anything just no black eyeliner that makes people look like sluts when it is dark.
