What is a purchaser on a Western Union monsy order?

I purchased a Money Order, and I need to know if that is me, or the person I am sending it to.

I'm confused :-)~

But you purchased the money order so...... hey you must be the purchaser! :-)~

You purchased the money order, you gave them the money. So your right, it's YOU.
