i need help finding out marks...?

Question

ok. on my report card my average was 80% my dad says its a B and he is mad at me....... isnt and 80% an A-??? can u give me a list of gradings?

o and i wasnt sure which category 2 put this question in.... plz dont report me if its in the wrong category

Typical gradings are:
A+: 100-97
A: 96-93
A-: 92-90
B+: 89-87
B: 86-83
B-: 82-80
...

Different places do grading differently though for example GPA grading tends to be...
4=A
3=B
2=C
1=D
0=F

on either scale that I gave you would have a B. But like I said some places are different.
