Recently I've been losing quite alot of weight..and I don't want to lose anymore, people keep telling me I'm too skinny now..even though I don't think I am..but anyways..I should've gotten my period almost 2 weeks ago..could all of the weight loss all of a sudden have done that?
There's no chance I'm pregnant..
Also..exams are coming up this week..maybe stress?

I don't know..it's just worrying me..am I ok?

I think the stress of exams could of caused it. Just try to relax and eat more stuff that contains a higher amount of carbs or calories, but not to the point where it's unhealthy. Good luck on your exams, I hope you ace them!

Stress can make you loose weight, especially if you're eating erradically or not much at all.
Being too thin can make you stop mensturating (sp?). The body will stop ovulation because when you're too thin you can't successfully carry a child.
Try to start eating the right kind of food. No pop/ soda, that can actually decrease your fertility. Cut back on junk in general and go for whole grains and natural or hopefully organic foods. Don't excerise too much, it can become a compulsion and that's not healthy.
Talk to a doctor at school about it, with more details they can probably help you more.

keep yourself hydrated and eat well. dont overeat just because you are too skinny though. just eat normal portions of food. i know from experience that stress can make a person lose a lot of weight at a time, and can also set off your period. it used to happen to me a lot of time. take your exams and if you still continue to lose a substantial amount of weight without being on a diet, you might want to see your doctor. they will probably administer a blood test and when the results come out, you will know for sure if something is wrong. there might be something wrong with your chemical balances, but chances are its because of stress. when and if you see your doctor, make sure you mention that you were stressed out for exams and that you were on a diet. good luck!!!

If people are telling you that you are too skinny, you probably are. If you have an eating disorder, seek help. Girls who have eating disorders eventually stop having their periods and sometimes they lose their hair. How are you losing all this weight? Is it the healthy way or are you just not eating? You may want to re-evaluate the situation if you are losing weight the wrong way...

Losing the weight can definitely cause changes in your menstruation cycle. And the stress doesn't help any either. You should be OK but if you don't start in the next week or so i would go see a doctor.

Your body and hormones are adjusting to your weight loss. Maintain a healthy diet and drink plenty of fluids and get rest when you can. Maybe you've taken on a little bit too much to handle, relax and you' ll be fine

Because your body is going through so many changes, things that are normally normal are not so much anymore. You're probably fine, but things are going to be irregular until your life becomes more regular itself.

talk to a doctor maybe...that is what i would do. and dont listen to what other people think about u....does it really matter what they think? (in some ways yes......but its ur body) i dont think that it could be stress......unless ur not eating because of stress...(not trying to be rude) i think u will be fine......talk to someone (family member or close friend about it...that always helps) =)

Could be both of those things. Make sure you are eating well, drinking LOTS of water and getting enough sleep.

Definetly can be due to stress and the major weight loss. But to be safe, please see your gyno or family doctor.
