my friends has really sore nipples what does that mean??

Well, either it's puberty and her breasts are developing, or she could be getting ready to start her period, or she's begining pregnancy. the other thing it could be, is, did she get hit in the chest recently? that could make them sore.

That is one of the earliest signs of pregnancy. Does she have any other symptoms?? If they are really sore than yes. But if they are just sore then maybe the onset of her period. But I tend to think pregnant.

either shes gonna come on her period but if shes pregnant ythen it could just be the milk.but in any case she should check with a doctor

Could be the beginning of her period, and could be the beginning of pregnancy. Doesn't really mean much by itself, at least not anything definite.

maybe she's abnormal or she got hit there hard.
