IT was called the Civil War.and no there wasn't. But there is womens Lib..

Slaves rights was the Gladiator Revolt in ancient Rome. Supposedly led by Spartacus.
The Civil War could not have been the answer. SLaves had no rights.
The war of the roses was fought so that women could decide, on their own which color of rose that they wanted. It was in England.

Civil war was to abolish slavery amoung other things.
I don't know of a war started for women's rights. Iraq war has had that effect, but that's not why it was started.

the civil war hehe.. you know the thing between the Union and the Confederates that was during Lincolns presidency. Not a war for women rights just their movement and protests.

spartacus led a slave rebellion with much success against the professional legionairy armies of rome!!!as for women's rights: the war of the greeks to dominate the amazons and their queen hippolyta!!the greeks captured the few surviviors ;but they escaped their captors abroad a ship killing them all and fled into the region of the eastern black sea coastal steppes!!
