My 1990 Integra sometimes has trouble going into reverse.?

What could be causing this ? i have a manual transmission.

Worn out shift forks and hub sliders.Get a good used transmission probably cheaper

i have had the same prob in most of my manual tyransez,try puttin it in sec first before goin to rev it always does the trick and to clinch the deal roll forward in sec 2-3 inches then go to rev always worked for me although the wife "STILL" cant grasp my advise .....hrpuffnstff1186
