I am an accounting major and would like to know how I can make the most money in accounting?

As a professor who teaches some accounting classes, I can tell you those who get their CPA often enter the lucrative world of consulting. But I can also say that earning that CPA isn't easy by a longshot because the exams are tough.

Do not stop with your Bachelors, get at least one Masters, plus your CPA. Stay with a big 6 for a minimum of 10 years, and don't leave until you are a partner, and go to the right 'client'.
