Tuxedo shops carry them.
Also call a bridal shop. They can tell you where to get one.
That's their business. Top hats today are usually only worn by the male bridal party at weddings.
You're in luck. They still exist.
My friend wore one to my senior prom. He got it from a tuxedo rental. You can buy or rent them.
Just look in the yellow pages of your phone book under tuxedo or bridal wear.

I would try a costume shop or maybe a magic shop. If all else fails try a bridal shop. Good luck in your search. Should I ask why?
