Just an HPT.
I did read about how people used to inject their urine into rabbits, though ... and cut them open to see if their ovaries were bloody. If so, you were pregnant.
People talk about Drano, too, but that's NOT a good thing to be peeing in. It's not even a good thing to be around if you're pregnant.

the best way is a home pregnancy test but if you saw the history channel last week egyptians used to insert an onion into their vagina and see if it came out on thier breath but there's no way that can be more positive than to go to the drug store

If you are taking your temperature first thing each morning, and it stays elevated after ovulation, it's a good sign. If your period is going to arrive, your temp will take a dip right before it does.

Absolutely positive tests? nope, other than a home pregnancy test, and even those aren't 100% accurate.
