if your talking about the rabbi in that Airport in seattle. Your seeing the wrong story if you think this way. All he wanted them is to put up an Menorah not take down the Christmas trees. I know a few Jewish families and they can careless if we celebrated Christmas with Christmas trees.

Why do you insist on saying "Jews" as if it were every Jew in America that had a problem with Christmas celebrations? It was one Rabbi, not all the Jews and he didn't insist on the airport removing the Christmas trees he asked that a menorah stand along side of them. Why not honor the celebration of Hanukkah along side of Christmas when there are so many who celebrate that instead? Wouldn't YOU find it offensive if you only saw Menorahs and Stars of Davids and other signs of Hanukkah but nothing to represent Christmas? Wouldn't YOU complain like you are doing here? What's the difference, then?

Probably, they seem to think their idea's are the only ones, the thing the Rabbi did at Seatac airport really burns me up, just cause he doesn't like a Xmas tree we all have to hide it, then he said if it wasn't removed he would sue,,,sue, let him try,, I suppose next if we don eat kosher weeny's we'll get sued.. somebody at seatac should of told him to bend over and stuff his star..This is the USA not a bunch of other country's, we celebrate Thanksgiving our way, and the fourth of July, we have our own traditions, if we have to hang up everyothers religious ideas at holidays the place will be more of a mess than all ready is, soon we'll all be fighting just like they do in Israel, this is mine this is mine...

I never heard that they were offended. Where is this happening? I have Jewish friends, and although they don't celebrate Christmas, they wish me a Merry Christmas. I return the greeting with "Happy hanukkah". Never had a problem. I'm sorry that you have had a different experience.
