Sure, Vlogs are very popular in the Deaf community, it allows deaf people to communicate in their native language (ASL) through video.

With a web cam they can also sign to each other, or to a hearing person through a video interpreter.

here are some sample sites:

deaf blog=u r now in a class that teaches new screws:u are the first to get new screws, when in place new screwes will enhance older loosened forgotten bolts that were unjustly, hitting the ground like the trade center went down in two thousand and one. where was i ohhh ya!.. u are out of a future but so is everyone else...c this is the first time computers have ever been here to cross the century mark...strange things are percieved when we cross century marks(I have both the eigtheenth and ninetheenth century albums and both dealt with the future and time lines where as today there's no future coming forwards)as in thoughs books.. we evolve and change with the new times, but i think not!!.. we are the first to have a >computer< for a brain at a century turning, never before has there been this much data to use to create a absentee government, u only get what if in the principal of return to state and local was the way to get better continuity between big brother and little broother (your state & local)window dressers, so i propose that with the computer they don't have to really in reality bring you a new century cause they for the first time already have enough information on line to fake you out of any realestic quantum leaps, you want and still you can really say wither this is true or not because, only the totally loss of electricity would cause the failures that would take the computer out of the picture much like the witch hunt of the sixteen century, they people would have to communicate in person." c if u take war out of the picture u only have this box"@that is the reason we have wars get it=with war we have computer and something(war)else=other wise we just have the computer and it's not the money generator that war is for the big brother big bang theory, boring stuff
