Bears. because of the Bears' defense, they the top seed in the NFC. they are not the best team, but they are the best defense.
Ravens are a close second. If you haven't noticed the Ravens' defense is starting to play more like the Bears' defense, in the way that Urlacher was roaming, Ray Lewis does that this year too. Reed is a good down the field saftey, just like Brown is on the Bears, the RAven's line is getting fast on the outside, and big on the inside, and the bears have been like that for a while now. the bears have 2 high powered corners with Vasher and Tillman, so does the RAvens with Chris McAllister and Samari Rolle.
the Ravens are playing more like the Bears now (and run the same drills the bears run to) and from what i notice, the ravens' defense is looking more and more like the bears (especially after the last draft). the NFL is a copycat league tho, in which teams copy each other when they see that it works so well
the only diffrence is that the Bears offense really doesn't produce much, whereas the Ravens' offense is MUCH better, so you have to give it up for the Bears' defense for keeping the bears so dominate (at least on defense)

The Baltimore Ravens. Ed Reed, Ray Lewis, Terell Slugs are just a few of the players that they have. If Larry Johnson, who is one of the best rushers in the league, can't get a TD against them then they are pretty good.

Bears have a slight edge over the Ravens, but that might be a reflection of the teams against which they played. But those two defenses right now are solidly ahead of everyone else.

Baltimore. They really look like like they did in 2000. They hardly even needed an offense in 2000 they had so much defense.
