If you truly love someone, it shouldn't matter if he/she has an ailment or disability. When it comes to true love, none of that matters -- that's why it's also called unconditional love.

Yes. It's whats inside the person that counts the most. I dated someone who was paralyzed from the waist down once. We broke things off because he didn't want to marry me because he knew he wouldn't be able to give me children. I didn't care about that but we still broke up. But I am still his friend to this day.

Definatly! If you love someone, reguadless of what they look or act like, all that matters is that you love eachother no matter what!
