I feel it was just a tragic accident

2006-12-11 09:50:35 · answer #1 · answered by Anonymous · 2 0

Society and its thirst to see who is with whom...what they are wearing and what they might do next. Seriously if we didn't care if about any celebrity and their "real" lives would there be a need to have the paparazzi? Just go to your local grocery store and look at the magazines at the check out...so & so cheats on so & so...so & so loses 50 lbs!...so & so looks awful!
I am sick of it. Yes the "beautiful people" are beautiful but let them have a normal life. Yes they chose a life in the spotlight but if all they do is make a movie then it is no different than us going to work. They just make it look more glamorous. Hollywood is a machine that promotes the rich & famous. Meanwhile the rich get richer & the rest of us keep trudging along trying to make ends meet.
These celebrites haven't saved the world, the haven't cured cancer all they have done is gotten famous. Yes Diana wasn't a movie star but the world adored her and she did contribute much of her time to charities BUT we still had to know where she was, who she was with & what she was wearing. We should have focused on her charity work & not her dresses.
I will get off my soap box now...but think about that the next time you reach for that magazine to see who is with whom.

The latest reports say that her death was a terrible accident that was caused by the following factors:
1. The driver of the car was drunk
2. The car was being chased by motorcycle paparazzi, which forced the driver to speed excessively
3. She was not wearing her seatbelt

Did you see the article that was on yahoo news yesterday? It said there's evidence that the driver was drunk and speeding. But then it started saying that maybe it wasn't true, which was confusing. But anyways, there's at least a possibility that the driver was drunk. Otherwise, it was probably just an accident.

The suits behind the throne. She had put their royal heirs at risk by taking them on Dodi's yacht and other venues without royal bodyguards and chauffeurs. After all, they could have been with her when the car crashed....I rest my case.
