How do you hire a sherriff and a gunslinger in the Yahoo! Game WESTWARD?

build saloon for gunslingers, build jail for sheriff/deputies. have to have 75 gold to hire a gunslinger, 100 for deputy, 150 for sheriff. also, to reform drunks, you can build a church, and use the church employee to reform the drunk.
