$200 / 6 months is $33.33 per month you need to save or $8.33 per week. If you can't do that, here are some other ideas:
Pawn something (this way you can get it back when you have saved enough money).
Ask a friend or parent
Find a boyfriend that has 200
Sell something
Get a job, in 6 months you should be able to save enough, then quit if you want.

The lowest tax bracket is 15%. Most cities charge another 8% of sales tax. There is also state income tax and/or property taxes. These tax items are easily summed up to 33%.

If you have to pay the government 33% of your income (ultimately), you may be willing to pay to yourself (for future uses) another 33%.

After taxes and savings, you still have about 33% left for every day consumption.

That should be easy. First write down everything you buy for a week. You would be surprised how much you put in that vending machine in a week or how much you spend going out to breakfast, lunch, dinner. After this, cut out as much as you need to to arrive at your goal.
