If you got it from Yahoo, you can't really unless you remove IE7 then DL it from Micro$oft.

When you install Internet Explorer the home page set up dialog box will appear mark for MSN Home page.Yahoo will disappear.What's wrong with Yahoo.It's provide better services fastest web browsing than any other search engine.I request you to keep Yahoo as your Search page and Home page.You can do a lot with Yahoo,if you really utilize the services offered by Yahoo.From personal to Business in all sector there is lot with Yahoo.Anyway if you like to remove it,re download the Internet explorer from Microsoft website-here you have one advantage with IE 7 your system will be upgraded by Microsoft.Open your IE click tools-Internet option-from the dialog box on general tab in the box if Yahoo is typed delete it and type the page you want.say if you like Microsoft type www.msn.com or your Internet service provider page.For better security I suggest to keep home page of ISP

You can go to add/remove and unistall the tool bar.
If you'e talking about the yahoo smilie in the upper right hand side by the tools.
Right click the smilie >
Select - Customize Command Bar
Select - Add or remove commands
Select - Yahoo Messager
Select - remove.

Press on the 'start' button at the bottom of your screen. Go to Settings/ Control Panel. Click on Internet Options. Change your home page from www.yahoo.com to whatever you want it to be.
