I love God so much! And i show it too. some people in my class are really mean and stuff but then when we say prayers, they say them but dont mean them. it makes me mad. Like when we say," PRAY FOR US NOW AND AT THE HOUR OF OUR DEATH AMEN" they just roll their eyes when they say it. i cant beleive they are catholic. if you can say to everyone that you love God, with out joking about it, you truly are a child of God. People who love God and arent afraid to show it say "I LOVE GOD!!!"

That is great! I am not Roman Catholic but I would think that some people just don't agree with everything that is said, it does not mean they don't love God. Some are just trying to be cool and that is fine. It is not up to us to judge, leave that to God. OK? God bless and have a lovely day.

I am a lover of the Christ but don't kid yourself, there are as many versions of "God" as there are believers. As much as I love and follow the teachings of Jesus I cannot stand the dogma and doctrine of most churches. We won't even discuss the behavior of some self identified Christians. I remain a happy heretic. The only thing I miss about church is the music. I sang in choirs for decades until I just couldn't stomach the politics that were distorting the core ideas of the Christ.

Yes I do. When I was younger I was ashamed to show it. But now I am a woman and I know that without GOD, I would be nothing. It's just that sometimes I don't do the things that GOD wants me to do. I try but I'm not there yet.

Remember sweetie, that love is an action word. Love is also looking at your friends (some of which you can't believe are catholic) and knowing that God loves them too. Love is knowing that you and your friends are not at the same points in your relationships with God and knowing that its ok. Love is praying for those friends and not judging them. Love is not giving up on people when they aren't doing what they are supposed to do. We call this faith. In the book of Romans, God tells us that we have to have faith.
"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."
You don't see your friends loving God, but it is your job to have faith for them and pray until they do love God. That's what God calls us to do as His children!
Keep on loving Him!!!

I do believe in God, but I don't love him. not the best place to put up questions like that here either. Eye-rolling isn't the only thing Christianity receives in terms of discrimination.

Me too, but god said Don't judge and ye not be judged, so who are we to say that someone does not love god, and if they do all of these things, then let it be between then and god, just do what you do, and forget about the rest.

I do love god and i am 12. i have been on a mission trip to kosovo and served the lord for a week and helped no saved kids learn about god. buts its always hard to be a light at school. i sometimes dont do everything the lord wants me to do but i go to church every sunday, youth group and go to my church and help pass food out to homeless peole ! I DO LOVE GOD and i hope every one does!

That's so good! Me too! I hate when people say Oh My God! Because it's using his name in vain and I love him. Don't listen to the ones who don't love him like us because they're full of it!
