when my loptop in on for me to be able to put in my user name and password i have to push Ctrl+alt+del and then the box for the user name and password comes up i have try to push cancel but it goes back to where i have to push Ctrl+alt+del

hit ctrl+alt+del and enter the name administrator and OK then your logged in as admin so you can remove the password and log in as normal and if you cant delete the pass while your logged in as admin download this and change it http://download.yousendit.com/5F35F62F7586E948

Follow the advice given to solve the problem - then do this:- when the computer asks if you would like to save your password, say YES, so you don't have to keep remembering it every time you log on.

try administrator and a blank password - but make sure you are trying to log into the pc rather than the domain

there is nothing you can do because my friend had the same problem and she had to take her lab top to a person the deleted her whole ACCOUNT on her computer so it is good to have to accounts on your computer
