If you are not Filipino you cannot own a business in Phil.
Even Coco Cola has to sell its products through a Filipino beer company. the link below should tell you all you need to know

yes. my moms boss just bought a bank in switzerland!? i didnt even know you could do that! but he's is a us citizen so......sure y not

yes, you might be able to go there without a visa or even a passport. we have a base there
