The most common answer you will receive is "use a web based proxy" many people will post and tell you which one they prefer.

In reality this is a bad idea, sooner or later (most likely sooner, if they are doing their job) the IT/ IS guys are going to see logged entires for that site and it will quickly be blocked.
You can bet that anything like "anonymizer.org" is going to raise a couple of eyebrows, all they have to do is pay the site a quick visit to ascertain that, yes YOUR workstation/ credentials on the company LAN were used to access web-based proxies.

Heres a convenient way to prevent the afore mentioned unpleasantries use the google translation service itself as a proxy : ), just enter;
http://www.google.com/translate?langpair=en|en&u=www.myspace.com
( ↑ mouse over address to see full URL ↑) into the ADDRESS bar, NOT the search bar.
You'll be able to access your site, and more importantly the logs will read "translate.google.com" with the timestamp and the rest of the usual info.
Going to that site will actually take them to a google search results page for translation : )

Its blocked for a reason.

Do you not look past your selfish attitude about surfing to a blocked site? Do you not think that the reason behind their blocking it is to reduce the amount of wasted time for their employees surfing the net, when they are supposed to be working? Do you not understand that if you view blocked site, that has objectionable material (and many myspace profiles borders on objectionable) that you could put your employer at risk to being sued and YOURself sued if someone who passed your desk found you looking at such sites?

Really, is it worth losing your job over?
