Why should Santa mind? He's a person, just like us, although he probably has one of the toughest jobs around. Everyone likes others to care and be concerned about them, right?
Just remember that if you write to him, he may be too busy to write back right now. It is his busiest season after all. He's got to make sure the elves get all the presents made and wrapped, that the reindeer are healthy and ready to go, and that his list is all updated to the last possible second.
There's a cool site on the web where you can track Santa as he's making his deliveries. You might want to bookmark it now and look at it starting Christmas Eve.
Ignore the people wrote negative things. Santa will be giving each of them a lump of coal.
